樹脂前処理
工業用樹脂はすべて不活性溶剤を使用しているため、用途に応じて異なる程度の前処理が必要です。抽出器に樹脂層の上10~20cmにエタノールを加え、3~4時間浸漬した後、浸漬液を排出します。抽出工程では、同じ方法で繰り返し洗浄し、出口から浸漬液が出てくるまで繰り返し洗浄し、試験管に濁りがなくなるまで3倍量の水を加えます。その後、きれいな水でエタノールの明らかな臭いがなくなるまで十分にすすいでください。その後、一般用途に使用できます。
強化された再生:
樹脂を一定期間正常に使用し、吸着能力が低下したり、著しく汚染されたりした場合は、再生処理を強化する必要があります。その方法は、樹脂層の10〜20cm上に3〜5%の塩酸溶液を加え、2〜4時間浸漬します。同じ濃度の5〜7倍量の塩酸溶液で洗い流し、出口洗浄液のpH値が中性になるまできれいな水で十分に洗い流した後、上記の方法で5%水酸化ナトリウム溶液に2〜4時間浸漬し、同じ方法で5〜7倍量の水酸化ナトリウム溶液が通過するまで洗い流し、排水のpHが中性になるまで水で十分に洗い流してから、再び使用できます。
