Resin pretreatment
Industrial grade resins all have inert solvents, so they must be pretreated to different degrees according to the needs of the application: in the extractor, add 10-20 cm of ethanol above the resin layer to soak for 3-4 hours, and then drain the soaking solution , For an extraction process. Use the same method to wash repeatedly until the outlet takes the soaking solution and add 3 times the amount of water to the test tube until it is not turbid. Then rinse it thoroughly with clean water until there is no obvious smell of ethanol, then it can be used for general use.
Enhanced regeneration:
When the resin is normally used for a certain period, the adsorption capacity is reduced or it is acutely polluted, it is necessary to strengthen the regeneration treatment. The method is to add 3-5% hydrochloric acid solution 10-20 cm above the resin layer and soak it for 2-4 hours. The same concentration of 5-7 times the volume of hydrochloric acid solution was rinsed, and then rinsed thoroughly with clean water until the pH value of the outlet washing solution was neutral, and then soaked in 5% sodium hydroxide solution according to the above method for 2-4 hours, and used the same Method Rinse until 5-7 times the volume of sodium hydroxide solution is passed, then rinse thoroughly with water until the pH of the effluent is neutral, and then it can be put into use again.
