Das makroporöse Adsorptionsharz AD-101 ist ein unpolares Styrolcopolymer (Vernetzer: Divinylbenzol, Porogen: Toluol und Octanol). Der Anwendungsbereich ist relativ breit gefächert und eignet sich für unpolare oder schwach polare organische Verbindungen. Die Adsorptionseigenschaften sind im Allgemeinen stark, insbesondere für die Trennung und Reinigung von Saponinen. Es eignet sich auch für Flavonoide und Alkaloide. Beispiele: Ginsenoside, Panax-Notoginseng-Saponine, Diosgenin, Ginkgo-Flavonoide usw.

Harzvorbehandlung
Industrielle Harze enthalten alle inerte Lösungsmittel und müssen daher je nach Anwendungsbedarf unterschiedlich stark vorbehandelt werden: Geben Sie im Extraktor 10–20 cm Ethanol über die Harzschicht und lassen Sie es 3–4 Stunden einweichen. Lassen Sie die Einweichlösung anschließend abtropfen. Für den Extraktionsprozess verwenden Sie die gleiche Methode und waschen Sie das Reagenzglas wiederholt, bis die Einweichlösung aus dem Auslass austritt. Geben Sie die dreifache Menge Wasser in das Reagenzglas, bis es nicht mehr trüb ist. Spülen Sie es anschließend gründlich mit klarem Wasser aus, bis kein deutlicher Ethanolgeruch mehr vorhanden ist. Anschließend kann es für den allgemeinen Gebrauch verwendet werden.
Verbesserte Regeneration:
Wenn das Harz nach einer gewissen Zeit normal verwendet wird und die Adsorptionskapazität nachlässt oder stark verschmutzt ist, ist eine intensivere Regenerationsbehandlung erforderlich. Dazu wird eine 3–5 %ige Salzsäurelösung 10–20 cm über der Harzschicht hinzugefügt und 2–4 Stunden eingeweicht. Anschließend wird das 5–7-fache Volumen der Salzsäurelösung mit der gleichen Konzentration abgespült und anschließend gründlich mit klarem Wasser gespült, bis der pH-Wert der austretenden Waschlösung neutral ist. Anschließend wird das Harz 2–4 Stunden lang in 5 %iger Natriumhydroxidlösung gemäß der obigen Methode eingeweicht und mit der gleichen Methode gespült, bis das 5–7-fache Volumen der Natriumhydroxidlösung abgelaufen ist. Anschließend wird gründlich mit Wasser gespült, bis der pH-Wert des Abwassers neutral ist. Anschließend kann das Harz wieder verwendet werden.
